Delivery

Discreet Delivery is the name of the game.

We know that discreet delivery is so important to most of our customers.  We make sure that the packaging come in two boring flavours.  If you have ordered a small item you will find that your product is posted in a padded plain white envelope. The idea is that the product is secure however when the postman picks up the envelope it looks like every other is his delivery round.

If you have ordered a larger item or multiple items you may find that you will receive a boring, standard brown box.  This box will again be plain with a simple sticker with your address on. The boring brown box will look like every other box however yours will have plenty of thick brown tape on it to ensure that no prying eyes sneak at peak at the contents. 

We know that all boxes get a bit of a beating while the post are delivering them, that is why we have put extra padding in there to ensure that your products are received in tip top condition. 

While we provide guidelines for how long delivery takes, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times.  All items are posted by recorded delivery. 

If we are posting outside the UK there is a flat delivery charge of £10.
